CONUS Rate Updates for July 1, 2025

CONUS rates were updated Wednesday July 2, 2025 and have an effective date of July 1, 2025.

Please note: No changes were made to the Lodging or Meals and Incidental Expenses rates in Kansas.

CONUS rates in SMART are updated October 1 to coincide with the adoption of new rates by the federal government. Quarterly loads are also done January 1, April 1, and July 1 to account for corrections or updates to the CONUS and applicable OCONUS rates.
