UPDATE: INF50 Excel Voucher Spreadsheet

The SMART Team notified agencies on September 28, 2022 a new version of the INF50 Excel Voucher Spreadsheet is available.  The intent was for agencies to begin using this version on Monday, October 3, 2022 but for the prior version to continue to be supported until the end of the calendar year.

After the SMART CPU technical upgrade this past weekend, it was discovered that the old version will no longer upload vouchers to SMART.

It was also discovered that an updated version of the NEW INF50 Excel Voucher Spreadsheet needs to be distributed immediately. 

• For users who have already received the new version of the INF50, the SMART Team will send the replacement spreadsheet on your Kansas Service Desk ticket this morning.The file name for the updated INF50 will be MASTER_INF50_EXCELUPLOADFORVOUCHER_Oct_2022_PRD_v2.

• Users who have an open Kansas Service Desk ticket will be sent the correct version (v2) when the ticket is closed.

When using the new INF50, users will need to enter the Voucher ID on all 4 sections of the spreadsheet – in the header (blue), the line (yellow), distrib line (purple), and voucher payment (green).  This is required whether using ‘NEXT’ to let SMART assign the voucher number, or when entering an agency-specific Voucher ID.

Updated Job Aids and reference materials will be posted to the SMART Web Accounts Payable training pages later today.

Please do not load any vouchers with the INF50 until you have received the version with ‘v2’ in the file name.
