The Office of Procurement and Contracts (OPC) and the SMART Team are pleased to announce the launch of a new punchout link to the NASPO eMarketPlace, an electronic marketplace for supplier web catalog ordering which will be available for eProcurement Requisitions starting Monday, April 27^th. ((Cont....))

Staples Advantage punchout is now functioning normally.

The SMART Team is aware of an issue where the Staples Advantage punchout is losing connection after a zip code is provided.

An issue has been identified where agency attachments on requisitions lines are not accessible for viewing from the Fluid Approvals page.

A workaround has been identified. Adding a message in the Comment field will allow the associated attachments to be viewed successfully, once the record is saved.

Agencies will be notified when the issue has been resolved.

The SMART Team and the Office of Procurement & Contracts have implemented SMART contract notification functionality to provide reminder emails for approaching dates, maximum amounts and/or spend thresholds.  ((Cont...))

Prior Authorizations will now be utilizing Docusign to provide easier routing and approval of requests. A new tile has been added to the SMART Requisitions & PCards homepage to initiate the process. Note there is a separate form available for the initial Prior Authorization vs. a Revised Prior Authorization.  A job aid will be posted. ((Cont...))
