Agencies using the Transactions Count Report – KGL00007 are reminded that only 2 fiscal years’ worth of data are available at a time.

The KGL00002 – Cash Control Status Report and the KGL00005 – Trial Balance by Fund Report currently being run in SMART nightly batch and distributed to the Report Manager will be discontinued starting tonight except for the agencies that have requested to continue receiving them.

Users are reporting that scheduled queries and reports are running to a Distribution status of ‘Posting’.
