This notice is to all non-regent state agencies:
As previously announced, the UMB 2018 P-Card rebate will be transmitted using an ACH payment method instead of a mailed check. The main State of Kansas account with US Bank will be used to receive all rebate payments. The State Treasurer is scheduled to receive the electronic payments on Friday, March 15, 2019.
On March 4, 2019, UMB will send both an email and a letter to each agency with the 2018 P-Card rebate amount. Agencies are responsible for entering a deposit in the SMART Accounts Receivable module for the amount of the 2018 P-Card rebate. The deposit shall be entered and agency approved by Friday, March 15, 2019.
