The outbound AR19 interface files generated in the SMART nightly batches run on Tuesday August 1, 2023 and Wednesday August 2, 2023 are using an incorrect file naming convention. This issue is only impacting AR19 files. The AR19 files on the mainframe from the past 2 nights may need to be manually renamed to comply with the standard SMART interface file naming conventions in order to be successfully processed into any agency system.
The issue has been fixed and the AR19 files generated in tonight’s batch, Thursday August 3, 2023, will be named correctly. Please open a Kansas Service Desk ticket if there are any questions regarding this issue.
