SMART will be going live with its latest upgrade to Image 36 and PeopleTools 8.58 on Tuesday May 11th.
The system will be unavailable to users from 5 PM Friday May 7th until 6 AM Tuesday May 11th.
Nightly batch will begin at 5:30 PM on Friday May 7th to ensure the upgrade work can be completed over the weekend. Please coordinate with your agency IT staff to make sure inbound interface files are submitted by 5 PM on Friday May 7th. Note that SMART will be unavailable to agencies on Monday May 10th.
Users should not expect to see significant changes in system functionality. The previous issue with Chartfield Requests has been fixed and users may resume submitting requests for new chartfield values or updates to existing values within the system. The job aids for this process will be posted to SMART Web at go-live.
