The SHARP and SMART systems are both live on Amazon Web Services now and users may login and resume business as usual. The Kansas eSupplier Portal, Careers and Employee Self Service are also available.
A few reminders:
- The URL for the system signon pages has not changed
- System performance will be slower than normal as cache is rebuilt
- Inbound interface files queued on the mainframe during the downtime will be picked up for processing the next time the required batch job runs
- Scheduled query recurrences resumed on Monday July 31st
- The SMART spreadsheet uploads for Vouchers, Deposits and GL Journals require a new template, which must be requested via Kansas Service Desk
If users encounter any system issues, please report them through the normal channels.
