Dear Agency Finance & Payroll staff:
The Office of Accounts & Reports will be hosting its second statewide agency meeting of FY23 on Thursday, April 27th from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Topics will include:
- Fiscal Year End
- SMART & SHARP system updates
- Chart of Accounts maintenance
- 1099 types
- Setoff reminders
- Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) preparation
The meeting will also provide an opportunity for agency staff to bring questions and topics for future discussion. To submit questions in advance, please email them to sarah.tongier@ks.gov with a subject of ‘Statewide Agency Meeting’. Another announcement will be sent to provide agencies with the final agenda and a link to the Teams meeting.
