This announcement is to confirm that SHARP and SMART will be moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS) requiring system unavailability over a 4-day period starting the night of July 27th. The systems will not be available to agencies from 7 p.m. Thursday July 27th until 6 a.m. Tuesday August 1st. There is a possibility the systems may be available on Monday July 31st, in which case agencies will be notified that day via a SHARP and SMART blast.
There will be changes to the normal payroll processing schedule the week of July 24th. An Informational Circular containing those details will be posted this coming Monday.
