Change in Kansas Service Desk Emails

This message is to notify agencies who use the Kansas Service Desk to communicate with the SMART Team that the emails being auto-generated from the Service Desk system now have a slightly different look. Previously, the email address in the FROM field reflected sokdahelpdesk@ks.gov and now users will simply see ‘sokdahelpdesk’ or sokdahelpdesk@kansas.gov based on an alias used by the mail server settings:

This is a legitimate email and users may safely click on the links contained within. If users have concerns, they may login to the Kansas Service Desk system and navigate to the ticket to communicate with the assigned technician.
