All FY 2021 Deposit Adjustments must be entered, and agency approved by 3:00 PM Friday July 2, 2021 to allow Audit Services time to submit final approval before the 3:30 PM AR Budget Check process.
The accounting date of 6/30/2021 must be entered on the Totals tab in addition to being entered on the Payments tab for each deposit line. Deposit Adjustment transactions cannot contain expenditure account codes.
As a reminder, Deposit Adjustments processed on July 1 and July 2, 2021 will impact the SMART General Ledger for FY 2022.
