Standardly, UMB sends PCard data to the State of Kansas Monday thru Friday. The last data file was received on Friday March 17, 2023. The SMART Team is working with UMB to determine if this is expected during the card processor transition, or if there will be a “catch-up” file sent this week.
Another blast will be sent when PCard transactions are available for reconciliation.
