As a reminder, the monthly emails that have been sent notifying agencies of the completion of the opening and closing of the SMART GL periods have been discontinued as of January 1, 2024. A notification of this change was sent to agencies on December 1, 2023 as a part of the December 2023 is open in SMART message. Going forward, agencies should assume that the GL is closed for the previous month and opened for the new month unless a blast has been sent out by 9:00 AM on the first business day of the month indicating otherwise.
