Update to ‘View By Type’ and ‘Filter’ labels on Fluid Approvals Page

Effective Wednesday, September 18, 2024, the ‘View By Type’ and ‘Filter’ labels on the Fluid Approvals page have been updated.  The ‘From’ option has been updated to ‘Last Approver,’ which is defined as the last user that performed an approval action on the transaction.  ‘Requester’ has been updated to ‘Submitted By,’ which is defined as the first user that submitted the transaction to a workflow process.

These updated labels are intended to provide more meaningful parameters for users when searching for documents eligible for approval.

SMART documentation for each module will be updated to reflect these new labels as time permits.
