While UMB has resumed sending PCard transaction data to SMART, some agencies have noticed missing transactions during reconciliation. The SMART Team and the Office of Procurement and Contracts have worked with UMB to identify transaction files that were not received in March and these files were posted in SMART last night April 19th, 2023.
If agencies continue to notice any transactions missing after this morning, please forward the transaction information via email to Tim Hund (tim.hund@ks.gov) and Todd Herman (todd.herman@ks.gov).
Please include:
- Transaction date
- Name of the card holder
- Last four digits of the card number
- Merchant
- Dollar amounts
