This is a reminder to agencies that SMART will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Thursday August 8th until 6 a.m. Monday August 12th due to the upcoming system upgrade. Please be aware of the following impacts to regular SMART processing:
Thursday August 8th
SMART daytime batch will run as normal
Paycycles will run as normal with ACH files transmitting to the bank that evening
SMART nightly batch will run as normal
Friday August 9th
SMART is down to users
No daytime or nightly batch
No paycycles
Agencies may still send interface files to the mainframe, but they will not process until Monday August 12th
Saturday August 10th & Sunday August 11th
SMART is down to users
No batch jobs running
Monday August 12th
SMART is available to users at 6 a.m.
Daytime batch resumes normal processing
Paycycles will run normally
Nightly batch resumes
Another blast outlining the new features users can expect to see with the upgrade will be sent the week of August 5th.
