SMART nightly batch is still running and the underlying cause is being investigated.
Users have been unlocked and can begin working in the system this morning. However, be aware that no daytime batch jobs will be run until the nightly processing is complete. At this time, we are estimating daily batch will begin by 10 AM. Another announcement will be sent to notify users when it starts.
