A few agencies have reported connectivity issues to the SHARP, Employee Self Service and/or SMART sign on pages this morning while on the State Network. The system technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue.
Should your agency experience connectivity issues, please open a Kansas Service Desk ticket with the Subject "Issue Connecting to SHARP or SMART” and provide contact information (name, phone and email) for the appropriate IT staff at your agency. Please use a Category of “Technical” and a Sub Category of “Other”. Agency HR/payroll staff may need to work through the agency’s fiscal staff to have a ticket opened.
