Save the Date: Statewide Agency Meeting

Dear Agency Finance staff:

The Office of Accounts & Reports will be hosting the next statewide agency meeting on Thursday, March 26^th from 10:30am – 12:00pm. Topics will include:

·         1099 Reminders

·         Fiscal Year End

·         Policy Manual Updates

·         Increased Delegated Purchasing Authority (IDPA) Updates

·         ACH Initiative

·         Fraud

·         Office of Procurement & Contracts Updates

The meeting will also provide an opportunity for agency staff to bring questions and topics for future discussion. To submit questions in advance, please email them to sarah.tongier@ks.gov with a subject of ‘Statewide Agency Meeting’. Another announcement will be sent to provide agencies with the link to the Teams meeting.
