RESOLVED: INF02 Vouchers from Friday, May 16, 2025

Vouchers from INF02 files placed on the mainframe for the Friday, May 16, 2025 SMART nightly batch were loaded successfully today, May 20, 2025.

The LOG files on the mainframe for the affected files were overwritten with information from today’s SMART processing.

All INF45 interface files from the Friday night batch will be staged for Tuesday, May 20, 2025 nightly batch, and should run successfully since the vouchers are now built in SMART.  NOTE: This is a change in plans from what was previously communicated but will result in the additional fields associated with the vouchers tomorrow morning.

Please review the vouchers in SMART to ensure that all transactions were loaded as expected.  If there are vouchers missing, or if there are any questions about INF02 processing, please log a Kansas Service request with the file name and any other pertinent processing details.
