RESOLVED - SMART Paycycles from May 22, 2024 (including Interfund Paycycle)

The issue with the paycycles for Wednesday May 22, 2024 has been resolved. Please see updates below:
SMART Checks
SMART Checks from the Wednesday, May 22, 2024 paycycle will be printed today (Thursday). These checks will be distributed Friday with the checks from today’s (Thursday) paycycles according to the usual procedures.
These payments will be included on the INF03, Outbound Payment Interface, created during tonight’s batch, Thursday, May 23, 2024.
SMART ACH Payments
SMART ACH paycycles from the Wednesday, May 22, 2024 paycycle have completed, and the resulting payments for Accounts Payable have been sent to the bank. We expect these payments to settle in supplier bank accounts as expected on Friday, May 24, 2024.
These payments will be included on the INF03, Outbound Payment Interface, created during tonight’s batch, Thursday, May 23, 2024.
Travel and Expense Payments
The Travel and Expense paycycle was not run for Wednesday, May 22, 2024. We will run all eligible Travel and Expense payments during the paycycles today (Thursday). We expect these payments to settle in supplier bank accounts as expected on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
These payments will be included on the INF03, Outbound Payment Interface, created during tonight’s batch, Thursday, May 23, 2024.
Interfund Paycycle
The interfund paycycle process, which runs in the SMART nightly batch, was not run on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. This means that no interfund vouchers were marked as paid last night. All interfunds eligible for payment will be processed in the next scheduled interfund paycycle in the Thursday, May 23, 2024 SMART nightly batch. All SMART transactions associated with these interfunds will appear on their respective reports and interface files created in the Thursday, May 23, 2024 SMART nightly batch.
