No Daytime SMART Processing – State Offices Closed to Observe a National Day of Mourning

Pursuant to Executive Order 24-05, State Offices will be closed Thursday, January 9, 2025, in observance of the National Day of Mourning for President James (Jimmy) Earl Carter Jr.

No daytime SMART processes will run on Thursday. PCard voucher build will run the morning of Wednesday, January 8^th due to this change. There will be no pay cycles run on Thursday. Nightly batch, however, will continue to run that evening.

Reminder:  Agencies should make any necessary adjustments to accommodate for checks from Wednesday paycycle not being available until Friday.
