Inclement Weather Impacts to SMART Processing

With the inclement weather declaration by Governor Kelly, and the closing of state offices in Shawnee County, here is what agencies need to know regarding SMART processing impacts for Wednesday February 12^th:

• SMART daily and nightly batch jobs will continue to run on the normal schedule
• Paycycles will be run on Wednesday at the normal time
• Central journal approvals will be completed on Wednesday
• Transfers will be completed on Wednesday
• Wires will be processed on Wednesday as normal

SMART Kansas Service Desk tickets will not be monitored during this time, and no technical support will be available.
