Expanded SMART Signon Times

In order to assist agencies with fiscal year-end processing, SMART is expanding the hours it is available to agency staff.

Beginning June 10^th, users will be able to sign on to SMART at 6am and will have access until 8pm Monday through Friday. This amended schedule will continue through June 26^th.

SMART nightly batch will begin at 8:30pm during the June 10^th-26^th timeframe. The job to transfer inbound interface files for SMART processing each night will run at 8:30pm. Agency staff should consider how this change will impact their inbound interface transactions. Per the normal schedule, any file placed on the mainframe after 6:30pm does not process until the next night. From June 10^th-26^th, any file placed on the mainframe between 6:30pm and 8:30pm would process that same night.

Please share this information with others in your agency who might not receive these notifications from SMART, particularly those in your Information Technology area responsible for processing interface files.
