To assist agencies, a few changes are being put into place regarding requisitions that have been denied.
First, the email that goes out to agencies has been modified to display the Comments concerning why the requisition was denied:
Second, a fix will be in SMART starting November 7th that will allow all lines of a denied requisition to be set back to ‘Pending’ by adding or modifying the ‘Approval Justification’ comments. This will also restart workflow.
As a reminder, the ‘Requester’ field still cannot be changed on a requisition once it has been submitted into workflow. Please replace the default value (SOKDREQ) with the agency requester appropriate to the requisition.
