Please note: No changes were made to the Lodging or Meals and Incidental Expenses rates in Kansas. Any agencies with out of state expense reports created between April 1 and April 7 should confirm they are using the most recent rates.
The query, KS_EX_CONUS_RATES, contains all CONUS locations along with the MIE daily amounts, per diem deductions, and lodging rates based on the travel date entered. The query contains current and historical CONUS rates as of January 1, 2016.
CONUS rates in SMART are updated twice per calendar year on April 1 and October 1, and those rates are to be used in expense transactions.
