CONUS Rates:
CONUS rates were updated Friday March 29, 2024 and have an effective date of April 1, 2024.
Please note: No changes were made to the Lodging or Meals and Incidental Expenses rates in Kansas.
CONUS rates in SMART are updated October 1 to coincide with the adoption of new rates by the federal government. Quarterly loads will also be done January 1, April 1, and July 1 to account for corrections or updates to the CONUS and applicable OCONUS rates.
