Assign Approvers to Profiles Workaround

Users were made aware of a bug in the latest upgrade when trying to assign new approvers to an approval pool in the Expense module. A workaround has been identified to allow users to utilize this functionality.

Instead of using the “Find an Existing Value” function on the Assign Approvers to Profiles page, users should select the “Add a New Value” button:

Use the Magnifying Glass icons to look up the specific “GL Business Unit” & “Approver Profile” and click the “Add” button:

Since the Approver Profile already exists, it will be returned in the “Search Results” and can be selected allowing the user to access the page:

The user now has access to the Approver Assignments page to make updates:
