The current Sales and Use Tax Entity Exemption Certificate for the State of Kansas expires on 10/01/2024. If your agency is in need of an updated form, please email arpaycycle@ks.gov and the Central Responsibilities Team will provide a copy of the new form that expires on 10/01/2028.
