SMART Upgrade Processing Impacts

This is a reminder to agencies that SMART will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Thursday August 8^th until 6 a.m. Monday August 12^th due to the upcoming system upgrade. Please be aware of the following impacts to regular SMART processing:

Thursday August 8^th

SMART daytime batch will run as normal

Paycycles will run as normal with ACH files transmitting to the bank that evening

SMART nightly batch will run as normal

Friday August 9^th

SMART is down to users

No daytime or nightly batch

No paycycles

Agencies may still send interface files to the mainframe, but they will not process until Monday August 12^th

Saturday August 10^th & Sunday August 11^th

SMART is down to users

No batch jobs running

Monday August 12^th

SMART is available to users at 6 a.m.

Daytime batch resumes normal processing

Paycycles will run normally

Nightly batch resumes

Another blast outlining the new features users can expect to see with the upgrade will be sent the week of August 5^th.
