Inclement Weather Impacts to SMART Processing

With the inclement weather declaration by Governor Kelly, and the closing of state offices in Shawnee County, here is what agencies need to know regarding SMART processing impacts for Monday January 6^th and Tuesday January 7^th:

• SMART daily and nightly batch jobs will continue to run on the normal schedule
• Paycycles were not run on Monday, but will run Tuesday
• Central journal approvals will be completed on Tuesday
• Transfers will be completed on Tuesday

SMART Kansas Service Desk tickets will not be monitored during this time, and no technical support will be available.
