Data Integrity Errors when Accessing Fluid Approvals

SMART users are reporting receiving the following Data Integrity Error when accessing Fluid Approvals:

This picture describes a data integrity error received by system users that reads: ‘The data structure from the page does not match the data structure in the database. This can be caused by a change in the record definition while you were viewing the page. This is a non-recoverable error and the current transaction will be aborted.’

The SMART Technical Team is working to resolve the issue. Another announcement will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
