Clean Address Issue

There is an issue with the Clean Address program that provides address validation for supplier entries in SMART. Several users have reported that Clean Address validation is not invoking after address entry, and that navigating to other tabs within the supplier record is resulting in the system idling or timing out. This issue has been reported to the technical team and another announcement will be sent when it has been resolved.
If users are experiencing slowness or other performance issues in SMART on any other pages, please open a Kansas Service Desk request to report the issue.
