Kansas Service Desk

The Service Desk ManageEngine software is the communication tool agencies use to send  questions, report problems, or generate requests for the Kansas Service Desk Team.   Access to the tool is granted to individuals designated as their agency Security Liaison or Service Desk Contact. 

  • To ensure continued support of our State of Kansas employees and residents, the Kansas Service Desk employees can be contacted by email at sokdahelpdesk@ks.gov or Self.Service@ks.gov.  Please provide the reason for your request and your contact information and we will call you as soon as possible.
