Interfaces & Scheduled Reports/Queries

An issue has occurred this morning that is preventing scheduled SMART reports and queries from being delivered to user email inboxes.

In the meantime, users can re-run/re-schedule any reports or queries online. Users should not choose the “Email” type:

There is an additional issue preventing interface files from being processed successfully. The SMART Team is aware of both issues and is working to resolve them as quickly as possible.  

Additional notifications will be sent when email deliveries and interface processing have resumed.
